XXIII REGIONAL CONFERENCE OF COOPERATIVES OF THE AMERICAS
COMAYAGUA, HONDURAS
This Regional Conference proposes to address the economic, social and environmental perspectives for the cooperative movement of the future in the Americas. It seeks to be a collective expression of the diversity of territories and sectors that make up Cooperatives of the Americas.
CHI Board member, Blase Lambert will participate in the panel “Essential public services for local development: the cooperative movement’s standing point” on November 30, 2023, at 11:45 a.m. (local time Honduras). Blase will present CHI’s structure and memberships, as well as identify a strategy for possible south-south and triangular collaboration projects amongst our organizations and regions. Other panellists include Alicia Maneiro, President of ICA Americas Regional Network of Cooperative Housing, a representative of Unimed do Brasil (health), and Mr. Angel Echarren, President of ICA Americas Regional Network of Public Services.
Cooperatives of the Americas (formerly ICA – Americas) is the regional representation of the International Cooperative Alliance for the American continent.
