Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Report: New Models for Co-operative Housing
This report was commissioned so that the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) could have a better understanding of how co-operative housing models operate in other countries and also to look at possible “best practices” that could be adopted in Canada to support the growth and expansion of the co-operative housing sector in Canada.
