CCH Co-operative 2021 Housing Award Winners (United Kingdom)
CCH, the Confederation of Co-operative Housing, the umbrella body for housing co-operatives in the UK, recently announced the winners of the CCH 2021 Annual Awards. The winners of the Breakthrough Housing Co-operative of the Year award goes to Plum Tree Housing Co-operative in London, UK. The co-operative was born out of necessity but also out of a sense of unity in facing housing adversities. The residents already lived together for some years as property guardians.
